释义	法律分析：可以正常的离职的，只要按照正规的程序办理离职，公司没有权利限制你离职，也没有权利克扣你的工资等，并且离职时没有签订劳动合同还可以要求经济补偿，每满一年向劳动者支付一个月工资(满六个月不到一年的按一个月计算，未满六个月的按照半个月计算)，除此之外，公司没有给你交保险的话，还可以主张补缴相应的保险费用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第八十二条用人单位自用工之日起超过一个月不满一年未与劳动者订立书面劳动合同的，应当向劳动者每月支付二倍的工资。
