释义	带薪缺勤是企业可能对各种原因产生的缺勤进行补偿，比如年休假，生病，短期伤残，婚假，产假，丧假，探假等。带薪缺勤应当分为累积带薪缺勤和非累计带薪缺勤两类。【法律依据】《劳动法》第四十条，用人单位在下列节日期间应当依法安排劳动者休假：（一）元旦；（二）春节；（三）国际劳动节；（四）国庆节；（五）法律、法规规定的其他休假节日。《劳动法》第四十五条，国家实行带薪年休假制度。劳动者连续工作一年以上的，享受带薪年休假。具体办法由国务院规定。
