释义	法律分析：父母与子女的亲子关系，是不能脱离的，即使写了脱离声明，办理了公证，也是无效的。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第八条其第一款为：“诉讼过程中，一方当事人对另一方当事人陈述的案件事实明确表示承认的，另一方当事人无需举证。但涉及身分关系的案件除外。”该款明确规定有关身份关系的案件追求客观真实而不适用自认。所以法律上没有脱离亲子关系的具体条件。
