房屋占用耕地怎么办

法律分析：不可以。土地管理法规定：禁止在耕地上建房、建窑、建坟、挖砂取土等。在耕地上建房等属于非法占用耕地行为，情节严重的将构成非法占用耕地罪。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国土地管理法》第七十五条 违反本法规定，占用耕地建窑、建坟或者擅自在耕地上建房、挖砂、采石、采矿、取土等，破坏种植条件的，或者因开发土地造成土地荒漠化、盐渍化的，由县级以上人民政府自然资源主管部门、农业农村主管部门等按照职责责令限期改正或者治理，可以并处罚款；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
