释义	法律分析：对婚外恋行为本身，中国法律并未明文规定。但是婚外情导致的结果可能需要负法律责任。有配偶者与他人同居只承担民事法律责任，无过错方可以据此要求损害赔偿;如果偶尔与婚外异性发生性关系，一般不承担民事责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。第二百五十九条明知是现役军人的配偶而与之同居或者结婚的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
