社保待遇认证老是失败怎么办 |

法律分析：社保认证是指生存认证：国家规定退休人员每年到当地的社保局进行一次生存认证，即证明领取养老金的老年居民还健在、符合继续领取养老金的条件。国家规定凡是在社保领取养老金的企、事业退休人员及生活补助人员每年都要到当地的社保局进行至少一次的生存认证；其目的在于堵住养老金流失的"黑洞"，避免冒领养老金行为的发生。
认证实行常年认证，每12个月办理一次认证，超期未认证暂停发放待遇，补认证后的次月25日左右恢复并补发待遇。
社保认证方法有：1、现场认证。人在本地的、身体健康行动方便的人员亲自到指定机关处所当面拍照、填表、签字。2、上门认证。人在本地的、卧床住院病人由工作人员上门服务。3、异地认证。人不在本地在外地子女处长期居住的，由原地认证部门（人事局、社保局等）发函委托居住地相关部门现场认证后资料回寄。4、视频认证。这是运用现代信息技术的新方法，适用于人在外地（国外或国内）人员，在视频过程中通过对话、拍照、录相进行认证。
