释义	组合注册商标是指由文字、拼音、字母、图形、数字、三维标志、颜色等任意两种或两种以上要素组合注册的商标；在实际使用时，如果只使用其中一部分内容，那么这个拆开的部分与《商标注册证》上核准的标志就有明显差别，相当于构成了一个新的商标，因此，使用中不得标注商标注册标记，就不能使用。【法律依据】《商标法实施条例》第六十三条，使用注册商标，可以在商品、商品包装、说明书或者其他附着物上标明“注册商标”或者注册标记。使用注册标记，应当标注在商标的右上角或者右下角。
