释义	法律分析：一般原告第一次起诉离婚，如果被告未到庭，原告又不能提供夫妻感情确已破裂的证据，法院则缺席判决不准双方离婚。半年之后，原告再行起诉离婚的，如果法院向被告送达了相关的应诉手续，原告又提供了证据证明夫妻感情确已破裂，可以缺席判决准予双方离婚。不出庭的后果，一是分割财产吃亏；二是对财产分割不服，不能另行起诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第62条离婚案件有诉讼代理人的，本人除不能表达意志的以外，仍应出庭；确因特殊情况无法出庭的，必须向人民法院提交书面意见。
