释义	法律分析：连带之债是指两个或两个以上的债权人或债务人，对外享有连带债权或负有连带债务的债。在连带之债中，多数债权人中的任何一个人都有要求债务人清偿全部债务的权利，这种连带关系称之为连带债权；多数债务人中的任何一人都负有清偿全部债务的义务，这种连带关系称为连带债务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六十七条法人分立的，其权利和义务由分立后的法人享有连带债权，承担连带债务，但是债权人和债务人另有约定的除外。
