只要 公司章程 未对此作出限制性规定，股权既然能够被 继承 ，理所当然应当可以被分割。需要注意的是，对于股权的分割继承不能导致公司股东人数超出法定上限。
法律客观：
《 公司法 》第七十五条规定，自然人股东死亡后，其合法 继承人 可以继承股东资格；但是，公司章程另有规定的除外。
