被企业录用的具体条件怎么写 -法律知识

法律分析:
录用条件的设定可以从共性与个性两个方面来进行。所谓“共性”，即所有的员工都应当具备的基本条件，比如诚实守信，比如不负竞业限制义务等等，共性的录用条件可以通过规章制度进行明确。所谓“个性”，即每个岗位自身所需的特殊要求，比如学历要求、资质要求、技能要求等。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第十三条 妇女享有与男子平等的就业权利。在录用职工时，除国家规定的不适合妇女的工种或者岗位外，不得以性别为由拒绝录用妇女或者提高对妇女的录用标准。
