释义	法律分析: 合同书复印件在法庭上，不一定生效，除非与原件核对是一致，且合同双方都认可，才具有法律效力。在一般情况下，以原合同为准，也就是说明正本是具有法律效力的。而复印件是黑章文件，一般不具有法律效力。《民事诉讼法》第七十三条书证应当提交原件。物证应当提交原物。提交原件或者原物确有困难的，可以提交复制品、照片、副本、节录本。提交外文书证，必须附有中文译本。第七十四条人民法院对视听资料，应当辨别真伪，并结合本案的其他证据，审查确定能否作为认定事实的根据。
