释义	低保被取消，必须通知本人。不通知本人，是违法行为。低保金的停发、减发或增发手续由当地人民政府负责办理，当地人民政府负责低保审核的行政主管部门会审核低保户的经济变化情况，然后上报市（区）民政局审批。对于不符合条件而被终止低保的家庭，市（区）民政局应当通过人民政府社会保障事务所送达《城市居民最低生活保障停发决定书》或《农村居民最低生活保障停发决定书》，书面告知本人并说明理由，同时收回其《城乡居民最低生活保障金领取证》。
