法律分析:
在民间借贷中，必定会出现债权人与债务人，那么债权人与债务人是什么关系呢。在债的关系中，债权人和债务人通常是相对的，贷款人是债权人，借款人是债务人。债权人是有要求他的债务人实施一定行为或者不实施一定行为的权利的人。债务人，通常指根据法律或合同﹑契约的规定，在借贷关系中对债权人负有偿还义务的人。在同一个债的关系中，债权人和债务人通常是特定的。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第六百六十七条 借款合同是借款人向贷款人借款，到期返还借款并支付利息的合同。
