释义	法律分析：火车票可以改签一次，改签之火的车票可以退票。车票改签后，旅客取消旅行的，可以按规定退票，但开车后改签的车票不能退票。对已改签车票暂不提供“变更到站”服务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百一十六条旅客因自己的原因不能按照客票记载的时间乘坐的，应当在约定的期限内办理退票或者变更手续;逾期办理的，承运人可以不退票款，并不再承担运输义务。
