释义	法律分析：代通知金,即代替通知金,是非法律用语,《劳动法》中没有“代通知金”的概念。代通知金是香港和台湾的说法，就是指用人单位在提出解除劳动合同或终止劳动合同时应该提前一个月通知的情况下，如果用人单位没有依法提前一个月通知的，以给付一个月工资作为代替。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十一条劳动者解除劳动合同，应当提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位。
