释义	对于已经购买经济适用房的购房人，其配偶不可以再购买其他住房。依照《经济适用住房管理办法》相关规定，若已经购买经济适用房的家庭另行购买其他住房，原先的经济适用房将依法由政府按照合同约定或相关规定进行回购。由政府回购的经济适用住房，依法依旧用于供应给城市低收入住房困难家庭。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《经济适用住房管理办法》第三十一条已经购买经济适用住房的家庭又购买其他住房的，原经济适用住房由政府按规定及合同约定回购。政府回购的经济适用住房，仍应用于解决低收入家庭的住房困难。
