释义	法律分析：合同效力是指合同对双方当事人的法律约束力。合同可以分为有效合同、无效合同、效力待定合同。 (1)有效合同，一般来讲合同双方当事人肯定希望签订的合同是有效合同，有效的合同，对合同签订方都具有法律约束力。(2)无效合同。无效合同自始无效、当然无效、确定无效、绝对无效。(3)效力待定合同是合同因存在瑕疵致使合同约定的权利义务对当事人是否具有法律约束力处于不确定状态。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第502条依法成立的合同，自成立时生效，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。
