释义	法律分析：复庭审理指的是有些案子已经经过开庭审理,但是在审理过程中发现有些问题还需要补充侦查,有些证据还有瑕疵,需要找到其他证据形成完整的证据链;然后经过补充侦查和搜集新的证据后,恢复原来的庭审,继续审理该案的情况。复庭,顾名思义,就是恢复审理的意思。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十九条人民法院适用普通程序审理的案件，应当在立案之日起六个月内审结。有特殊情况需要延长的，由本院院长批准，可以延长六个月；还需要延长的，报请上级人民法院批准。
