释义	过渡性养老金，属于基本养老金的组成部分，是指在新制度之前参加工作、之后退休的人，因为之前的工作年限没有个人账户，退休后个人账户不能完全体现其劳动贡献情况，因而退休后的基本养老金应加上没有个人账户年限的养老金，而这部分以过渡性养老金的形式进行补偿。法律依据《社会保险法》第十五条基本养老金由统筹养老金和个人账户养老金组成。基本养老金根据个人累计缴费年限、缴费工资、当地职工平均工资、个人账户金额、城镇人口平均预期寿命等因素确定。
