释义	法律分析：当事人如果想采取诉讼的方式解决问题，就应该缴纳诉讼费。没有规定诉讼费是分两次缴纳的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百一十八条当事人进行民事诉讼，应当按照规定交纳案件受理费。财产案件除交纳案件受理费外，并按照规定交纳其他诉讼费用。当事人交纳诉讼费用确有困难的，可以按照规定向人民法院申请缓交、减交或者免交。收取诉讼费用的办法另行制定。
