释义	法律分析: 幕墙玻璃、石材脱落砸伤过路人等损害。对施工承包人来说，即使发生损害时，超过质量保修期多年，若发生的损害与其施工质量存在缺陷有关亦应承担质量赔偿责任。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百零二条因承包人的原因致使建设工程在合理使用期限内造成人身损害和财产损失的，承包人应当承担赔偿责任。《中华人民共和国建筑法》第八十条在建筑物的合理使用寿命内，因建筑工程质量不合格受到损害的，有权向责任者要求赔偿。
