释义	法律分析：事业单位工作人员因为生活作风问题，给予警告、记过或者记大过处分。情节较重的，给予降级或者撤职处分；情节严重的，给予开除处分。法律依据：《行政机关公务员处分条例》第二十九条有下列行为之一的，给予警告、记过或者记大过处分。；情节较重的，给予降级或者撤职处分；情节严重的，给予开除处分：（一）拒不承担赡养、抚养、扶养义务的；（二）虐待、遗弃家庭成员的；（三）包养情人的；（四）严重违反社会公德的行为。有前款第（三）项行为的，给予撤职或者开除处分。
