释义	合同的变更是指合同成立后，当事人在原合同的基础上对合同的内容进行修改或者补充。依法成立的合同，受法律保护，对当事人具有法律约束力。任何一方均不得擅自修改变更、解除合同。只有各方当事人协商一致，才能够修改变更合同。私自修改的合同对其他合同当事人没有约束力，造成对方损失的，还需要赔偿对方损失。《民法典》第四百六十五条【依法成立的合同效力】依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
