释义	法律分析：如果没有充磁，无法购买半价火车票。学生购买学生票的时间为每年的暑假6月1日至9月30日以及寒假12月1日至3月31日，每年4次。法律依据：《铁路旅客运输办理细则》第十七条学生每年仅限于购买四次单程减价票，当年未使用的次数，不能留作下年使用。4次的时间就限定了，学生票每年的“磁性”只有4次，举例来说，在暑假6月1日至9月30日期间，从学校往返家中4次，同年就不能再次购买半价优惠火车票。所以火车票每年需要充磁一次，没有充磁或者次数已经使用完毕的，不能购买半价火车票。
