释义	法律分析：不可以，抚养义务是不能放弃的。从子女出生时开始，到子女达到成年年龄乃至具有独立生活能力为止，父母均承担抚养义务。父母对未成年子女的抚养义务是一种法定的强制性义务，父母无论经济条件、劳动能力如何，也无论是否愿意，均必须依法承担抚养义务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
