释义	法律分析: 主动离职，是员工主动要求解除劳动合同的一种行为，主动辞职又分为无过错辞职和有过错辞职两种。自动离职，这种行为属于不辞而别型的离职行为，不符合任何的法律法规。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
