释义	法律分析：我国的居民身份证法是从2012年1月1日开始正式施行的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国居民身份证法》第二十三条本法自2012年1月1日起施行，《中华人民共和国居民身份证条例》同时废止。依照《中华人民共和国居民身份证条例》领取的居民身份证，自2013年1月1日起停止使用。依照本法在2012年1月1日以前领取的居民身份证，在其有效期内，继续有效。国家决定换发新一代居民身份证后，原居民身份证的停止使用日期由国务院决定。
