劳动辞职不批应该有什么办法?

劳动者在试用期提前三日、转正后提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位,可以解除劳动合同,无需用人单位批准。但劳动者因为个人原因解除劳动合同违反了劳动合同中的相关约定,如服务期,应承担相应的违约责任。
【法律依据】:
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位,可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位,可以解除劳动合同。
