释义	法律分析：劳动能力鉴定的作用：一是使劳动者可能永远不能再从事任何工作。二是使劳动者不能再从事原本适合他的正常工作岗位或职业。三是使劳动者本人恢复适合他的工作岗位或职业。法律依据：《工伤保险条例》第二十一条职工发生工伤，经治疗伤情相对稳定后存在残疾、影响劳动能力的，应当进行劳动能力鉴定。第二十七条劳动能力鉴定工作应当客观、公正。劳动能力鉴定委员会组成人员或者参加鉴定的专家与当事人有利害关系的，应当回避。
