释义	法律分析：目前台湾规定普通职工的退休年龄为65岁而军队和公务员为85制（工龄+年龄），教师则为75制。法律依据：《台湾省工厂工人退休规则》第5条工人合於左列情事之一者，应准其自愿退休：一、工作十五年以上，年满五十五岁者。二、工作二十五年以上者。第6条工人有左列情事之一者，应命令退休：一、年满六十岁者。二、精神障碍或身体残废不堪胜任职务者。前项所称精神障碍或身体残废之工人，以劳工保险第一等级至第六等级之残障为标准。第7条工人退休年龄之认定，以户籍记载为准。
