释义	法律分析：如果法律无特别规定的，则依合同自由原则，当事人可任意约定期限。若未约定期限或约定不明确的，则应视为无限期合同，合同将无限期地约束双方，任何一方不得擅自变更或解除合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百一十九条依法成立的合同，对当事人具有法律约束力。当事人应当按照约定履行自己的义务，不得擅自变更或者解除合同。合同一旦生效，便约束双方，契约必须信守。第五百零二条除法律、行政法规规定应当办理批准、登记等手续生效的以外，依法成立的合同，自成立时生效。
