释义	法律分析：限期出境是指给被处罚人一个明确的出境最后期限，限其在规定的最后期限到来之前离开，并不对违法行为人采取强制措施；而驱逐出境则可以对当事人采取强制带离等强制措施。驱逐出境又称“限期离境”。指主权国家强制外国人限期离境。法律依据：《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第三十三条外国人被决定限期出境的，作出决定的机关应当在注销或者收缴其原出境入境证件后，为其补办停留手续并限定出境的期限。限定出境期限最长不得超过15日。
