释义	法律分析：不需要。只需要在本地报考,在长春考笔试,但是到了面试的时候就要到当地去了,笔试是全国按职位出的统一的题目,但是面试的形式和题目是由当地行政机关自主组织的。笔试不需要回到报考职位的当地考试,可异地参加考试。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公务员法》第二十六条下列人员不得录用为公务员：（一）因犯罪受过刑事处罚的；（二）被开除中国共产党党籍的；（三）被开除公职的；（四）被依法列为失信联合惩戒对象的；（五）有法律规定不得录用为公务员的其他情形的。
