释义	不需要挂失，直接去公安部门申报丢失补领，如果居民身份证丢失被他人冒用，冒用者及审查部门应承担相应的法律责任，丢失证件者不用承担任何责任。公安部表示，按照《中华人民共和国居民身份证法》的有关规则，公民丢失居民身份证后应当向常住户口所在地派出所申报丢失补领。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第八条民事主体从事民事活动，不得违反法律，不得违背公序良俗。
