释义	法律分析：遗嘱见证人可以是亲戚。法律上主要看见证人和继承人、受遗赠人有没有利害关系，以下两类人，属于和继承人、受遗赠人有利害关系。一是继承人或受遗赠人的近亲属，二是继承人、受遗赠人的债权人、债务人，共同经营的合伙人。这两类人不能作见证人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百四十条下列人员不能作为遗嘱见证人：(一)无民事行为能力人、限制民事行为能力人以及其他不具有见证能力的人;(二)继承人、受遗赠人;(三)与继承人、受遗赠人有利害关系的人。
