法律分析：如果是和公司之间的债权债务关系，即使当时和你签订合约的法定代表人后来不是公司老板了，仍然属于你和公司之间的债权债务，不是法定代表人的个人债务。公司是对外独立承担责任的，公司法人变更并不影响公司对原民事责任的承担，所以依然可以以该公司为被告提起民事诉讼，维护自己的合法权益。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》 第三条 公司是企业法人，有独立的法人财产，享有法人财产权。公司以其全部财产对公司的债务承担责任。
