释义	法律分析：未及时赶上车，不能退票，但可以在2小时之内到始发站改签一次，改签免费。这种情况下的改签，只能改签到所购车次之后24小时内的其他车次(只能到起始站火车站售票窗口改签)，改签车票的差额多退少补。如果所购车次出发后，24小时之内没有其他车次或者其他车次没有余票，那么这张票就作废。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百一十六条旅客因自己的原因不能按照客票记载的时间乘坐的,应当在约定的期限内办理退票或者变更手续;逾期办理的,承运人可以不退票款,并不再承担运输义务。
