释义	法律分析：高处作业票可以开3天。高处作业票一式两联，第一联由作业单位留存；第二联由作业人持有。高处作业票的有效期不得超过3天，连续作业不超过24小时。间断作业在重新作业前，作业现场即生产车间、施工单位安全监督员或双方负责人应到现场重新确认安全措施，如有变化应重新落实安全措施，并在作业票上签字后方可恢复作业。高处作业票由作业单位保存，保存期一年。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十五条从事特种作业的劳动者必须经过专门培训并取得特种作业资格。
