释义	法律分析：债权人首先应当找到已故欠债人的继承人，向其告知债权人对欠债人享有的债权情况。欠债人的继承人若要继承遗产，其应当首先从遗产价值中清偿债权人的债务。若遗产价值不足以清偿债务，欠债人的继承人可以不用偿还，继承人自愿偿还超过遗产价值的债务除外。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百六十一条继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负清偿责任。
