借条后注明利息付至某年某月利息有效吗

借条订立后注明利息付至某年某月利息有效，如果后来添加的内容是基于双方合意写上去的，那么在双方之间产生合同约束力。应按照后来添加的利息计算方式计算利息。借贷利息年利率在24%是支持的，在36%债务人自愿给付也是支持的，超过36%是不支持的。
法律依据：
根据《关于审理民间借贷案件适用法律若干问题的规定》第二十六条，借贷双方约定的利率未超过年利率24%，出借人请求借款人按照约定的利率支付利息的，人民法院应予支持。
