释义	法律分析: 法定的婚假是三天，但上海的婚假是10天，上海除了法定的3天婚假之外，另外还增加了7天婚假，不管早婚还是晚婚都可以享受。法律依据: 《上海市人口与计划生育条例》第三十一条符合法律规定结婚的公民，除享受国家规定的婚假外，增加婚假七天。符合法律、法规规定生育的夫妻，女方除享受国家规定的产假外，还可以再享受生育假三十天，男方享受配偶陪产假十天。生育假享受产假同等待遇，配偶陪产假期间的工资，按照本人正常出勤应得的工资发给。
