释义	法律分析：高铁票晚点了，是可以改签的。开车之后，旅客仍可改签当日其他列车，但只能在票面发站办理改签，且开车后改签的车票不能退票。法律依据：《中华人民共和国铁路旅客运输规程》第三十四条旅客不能按票面指定的日期车次乘车时，在列车有能力的前提下可以办理一次提前或改晚乘车签证手续。办理改晚乘车签证手续最晚不超过开车后2小时，团体旅客必须在开车48小时以前办理。原票已托运行李的，在改签后的新票背面注明“原票已托运行李”字样并加盖站名戳。
