释义	法律分析：诉讼过程中诉讼标的额减少法院会退还诉讼费。当事人在法庭调查终结前减少诉讼请求金额的，法院应依法退还相应的诉讼费用。法律规定，当事人在法庭调查终结前提出减少诉讼请求数额的，按照减少后的诉讼请求数额计算退还。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百一十八条当事人进行民事诉讼，应当按照规定交纳案件受理费。财产案件除交纳案件受理费外，并按照规定交纳其他诉讼费用。当事人交纳诉讼费用确有困难的，可以按照规定向人民法院申请缓交、减交或者免交。收取诉讼费用的办法另行制定。
