释义	可以协商或由调解委员会调解。协商和解是指债权债务当事人在自愿、互谅的基础上，直接进行协商，解决纠纷。协商不成可向所在地的人民调解委员会提出书面调解申请。如果对方采用暴力或其他非法手段可以报警，并追究其法律责任。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百四十六条以暴力或者其他方法公然侮辱他人或者捏造事实诽谤他人，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者剥夺政治权利。前款罪，告诉的才处理，但是严重危害社会秩序和国家利益的除外。
