释义	法律分析：此类犯罪的表现形式主要有两种，即：“发帖型”敲诈和“删帖型”敲诈，前者是以将要发布负面信息相要挟，要求被害人交付财物，后者则先在信息网络上散布负面信息，再以删帖为由要挟被害人交付财物。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百七十四条敲诈勒索公私财物，数额较大或者多次敲诈勒索的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处或者单处罚金;数额巨大或者有其他严重情节的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金；数额特别巨大或者有其他特别严重情节的，处十年以上有期徒刑，并处罚金。
