释义	法律分析: 可以不批准的。由于我国的法律目前没有关于事假的强制性规定，事假的相关事项属于企业内部管理和企业与员工之间意思自治的范围。所以，员工能不能请事假、能请多少天的事假，关键要看企业内部合法公示的规章制度和员工的劳动合同是否有关于“事假”的规定。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十五条国家实行带薪年休假制度。劳动者连续工作一年以上的，享受带薪年休假。具体办法由国务院规定。
