释义	法律分析：危险废物转移过程中，产废单位负责危险废物处置工作的人员应进行现场监督，并在《危险废物转移记录单》上确认签字，对记录的真实性负责。严禁任何单位及个人违规、违法收集、贮存、转移或处置危险废物。法律依据：《危险废物管理制度》第四条危险废物的处置： 1、对车间提出的危险废物处理申请，经由安全环保部认为需外协处置的，经由分管领导和总经理批准，方可进行下一步处置工作。 2、经领导批准后，由销售部协调具有危险废物运输、处置资质的单位进行运输、处置。
