释义	法律分析：同时履行抗辩权，是指在没有规定履行顺序的双务合同中，当事人一方在当事人另一方未为对待给付以前，有权拒绝先为给付的权力。同时履行抗辩权在实体法上的效力，分为本体的效力与其它效力。本体的效力体现为拒绝履行权，其他的效力体现在对抵消权的影响，对履行迟延构成及合同解除的影响等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百二十五条当事人互负债务，没有先后履行顺序的，应当同时履行。一方在对方履行之前有权拒绝其履行请求。一方在对方履行债务不符合约定时，有权拒绝其相应的履行请求。
