释义	法律分析：办喜事只是民间的一种风俗，不是结婚的必备条件。相反，只办了结婚典礼而没有去办结婚证，在法律意义上不算结婚。也就是说，从法律上来讲，夫妻关系的确立从取得结婚证时算起，男女双方依法办理结婚登记取得结婚证，即确立了夫妻关系，而是否办理结婚典礼，对夫妻关系的存在没有任何影响。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十九条要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。
